Frequently asked questions in the list below! If you have any more questions, we will try to answer as quickly and as best we can via email, Whatsapp, or via Shopee & Tokopedia. Thank you and happy shopping, Pyopple! :)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Ready stock items purchased before 3 PM will be sent on the same day. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. For instance, a purchase made on Friday at 3 PM will be sent on Friday, but one made at 4 PM will be sent on Monday.Â
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FEATHERLIGHT AND ULTRALIGHT?
Feather Light has a firmer skin material while Ultra Light has a softer skin texture. Both are equally light and comfortable for baby feet in the pre-walking phase, that are learning to walk or that are already walking.Â
IS IT NECESSARY TO WEAR SOCKS WHEN USING PYOPP SHOES?
Our barefoot shoes are made of breathable leather for baby's sweaty feet, so socks are not necessary.Â
ARE THE SHOES IN TOKOPEDIA, SHOPEE, AND WEBSITE READY STOCK? IF SO, WHY DO YOU HAVE “PRE-ORDER” WRITTEN?
Most of our shoes are ready stock except stated otherwise. The “pre-order” status is because our stocks are limited and can change quickly. So if we run out, we will need another 1-2 days to make them. Another reason is to give time for packing and shipping.Â
HOW DO I CLEAN BAREFOOT SHOES? CAN IT BE WASHED?
Leather shoes can't be washed. To clean, wipe with a slightly damp cloth (you can wet it with mild detergent) then immediately wipe dry. You may find difficulty removing the black stains on the sole, but accumulated dirt/dust can make the shoes slippery. So use a dry toothbrush to scrub so that the base is not slippery. For size 4, 5, 6 the rubber sole can be wiped with baby wipes and dried. If it is stained with markers or other dirt you can try cleaning it with cleansing milk for makeup products.Â
WHAT ARE BAREFOOT SHOES? AREN’T BAREFOOT SHOES BARE FEET? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BAREFOOT SHOES OVER PREWALKER SHOES?
Over any shoe, being barefoot is the best for natural foot development of all ages. Especially for babies and toddlers whose bones, joints, and leg muscles are not fully developed. However if the terrain condition is not conducive (dirty soil, cold or hot temperature, etc.) use shoes to protect your kids’ feet. Barefoot shoes are ones designed to resemble the barefoot principle: light, flexible, thin soles so the feet can feel the ground and have big toe box.
We do not categorize shoes as pre-walker vs walker shoes. Rather barefoot vs non-barefoot shoes. There are shoes commonly called pre-walker shoes due to its thin sole, however the upper part is not flexible/stiff. Or the frontal part is narrow so the fingers cannot move freely. Even though these shoes have thin soles, we categorize them as non-barefoot shoes.
CAN THESE BAREFOOT SHOES BE USED FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE ALREADY WALKING?
For anything, it's actually best to go barefoot. But if you need to (for leaving the house, etc) then wear shoes. Pyopp are barefoot shoes that are designed to resemble the barefoot principle so the feet growth is healthy and natural
Pyopp barefoot shoes are actually not just for babies who are learning to walk. Babies who have not walked or can already walk can also wear Pyopp. Because barefoot shoes are good for all ages, especially toddlers. Babies under 5 years old, especially under 3 years old, still have soft bones that can be disrupted by hard and stiff shoes. For kids still learning to walk, it's best to go barefoot. Which is why these moccassins are made with barefoot principles: thin soles for maximum foot-to-ground interaction, light, flexible and breathable so sweat can evaporate and baby's feet don't smell. Plus, there's an elastic so it doesn't come off easily and it's easy to put on and off.
WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN COLOR ON SCREEN AND IN REALITY?
Sorry if there is a slight color difference, sometimes on the computer/mobile screen it can be slightly different from the original, even though we try to take the photo as closely as possible to the original.
